User account (license.justmakeq.com portal)
Access to the licence portal is provided through the Breizhzion SSO (login.breizhzion.com). On sign-in, the following data is received from the SSO and stored on our servers:

Breizhzion membership via HelloAsso
For membership-type licences, you may enter the email address used on HelloAsso in order to verify your Breizhzion membership contribution. HelloAsso SAS is an independent data controller for the payment of the contribution. Breizhzion stores only the HelloAsso email you entered, in order to carry out the check. Legal basis: performance of the contract (Art. 6(1)(b)).
Support tickets
If you contact support, your email address, the subject and the content of your messages are kept in order to handle your request. Legal basis: performance of the contract (Art. 6(1)(b)). Retention period: 12 months after the ticket is closed.
The JustMakeQ mobile app is used to drive a show running on your own machine. It has no account and no server: it discovers the instance on your local network and connects to it directly.
It keeps on your phone, and nowhere else, a technical device identifier that it generates itself so the show control recognises the same phone from one session to the next, along with the address of the last machine you connected to, so it can offer it again at the next launch. Neither piece of information ever reaches us.
The app contains no advertising, no analytics and sends no crash reports to any third-party service. It accesses neither your location, nor your contacts, nor your photos. Everything is erased by uninstalling it.
For this data we are not a controller within the meaning of Article 4(7) GDPR: we provide a tool, and nothing you enter into it passes through us.
The sites justmakeq.com and license.justmakeq.com use no tracking cookies. Visit statistics are collected through Plausible Analytics, self-hosted on analytics.gochu.fr. Plausible sets no cookies and stores no IP address - the metrics are entirely anonymous.
An HttpOnly session cookie is used on license.justmakeq.com to keep you signed in. It expires when the session ends or after 12 hours of inactivity.
Breizhzion uses the following processors, bound by confidentiality and security obligations in line with Art. 28 GDPR:
Cloudflare, Inc. is established in the United States. Data passes through its network solely for content delivery (CDN/proxy). This transfer is framed by the European Commission's standard contractual clauses (Art. 46(2)(c) GDPR). No data is hosted outside the European Union.
